Original Asbury Park Ghost Tours®

For 18 years Paranormal has taken visitors on a tour through Asbury Park’s haunted history.  It has been our pleasure and our honor to do so.  We have met so many friends through the tours, so many who became like family. Our walking tours take 60-75 minutes in length and we ask that you dress comfortably and be prepared to walk about 1/2 mile at a very leisurely pace.

If you prefer, private tours are always an option!

“The Original” Asbury Park Ghost Tours ® Asbury Park Haunted Pub Tour—a guided, 2 hour tour that takes you inside some of the city’s most historic and haunted bars. This isn’t your average pub crawl. You’ll visit real locations connected to Presidents, unsolved murders, and tragic tales of love lost, all while enjoying the unique atmosphere of Asbury’s vibrant bar scene.

Led by experienced guides, this tour invites you to sip, stroll, and uncover the ghostly past that still lingers in the shadows. Each stop offers time to purchase drinks, soak in the ambiance, and hear true stories that have shaped the haunted history of the Jersey Shore.

Tickets are $30 per person.
Guests must be 21 or older. Drinks are not included in the ticket price.

The tour begins at Paranormal Books & Curiosities and concludes near the boardwalk. Comfortable shoes and an open mind are encouraged!

Looking for a private group experience? Private Haunted Pub Tours are available starting at $300 for up to 10 guests, with each additional person priced at $30. Perfect for birthdays, bachelorette parties, or corporate outings looking for something a little… different.

Step into the shadows of Asbury Park with the Paranormal Experience Tour—an immersive evening that blends haunted history with hands-on investigation. Your night begins with a guided walking tour through the city’s historic streets, where your guide shares chilling accounts from Asbury’s eerie past.

Then, after dark, the doors of the Paranormal Museum open exclusively for you. Inside, you’ll explore one of the most unique collections of haunted artifacts in the country. Encounter haunted dolls, stand before the infamous Singing Couch—said to echo with a mournful tune—and experience the quiet, undeniable presence of our resident spirits.

Guests will have access to real ghost hunting equipment, including EMF meters, to investigate the museum and connect with its energy. Whether you’re a curious skeptic or a lifelong believer, this experience offers a rare chance to interact with the paranormal in a respectful, guided setting.

This is a $25 ADD ON to our Ghosts Tours and cannot be purchased separately.  Space is limited.
Recommended for ages 16 and up; minors must be accompanied by an adult.

The tour lasts approximately two hours and begins at Paranormal Books & Curiosities. Space is limited to ensure an intimate and focused experience—early booking is strongly encouraged.

Step into Asbury Park after dark for a night of historic bars, true stories, and the kind of atmosphere you can’t manufacture. We move from spot to spot uncovering the secrets, scandals, and lingering spirits that still haunt the city’s favorite watering holes. Guests are responsible for purchasing their own drinks at each location.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All ticket sales are final.
Due to the limited capacity of our tours, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Tours run rain or shine.
Please dress appropriately for the weather. In the event of severe weather or an emergency, Asbury Park Tour Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour. If we cancel, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Private Tours:
Private tour payments are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability. No refunds or reschedules are permitted within 72 hours of the scheduled start time.

Late arrivals and no-shows:
Tours begin promptly. We cannot delay start times for late arrivals. Guests who miss the tour or fail to attend will not be refunded or rescheduled.
